Entrusted with the reinvention of this iconic Tasmanian venue, great care and consideration was given to imbue the space with a sense of storytelling, to create legitimate connections to not only the history of the place but to honour it’s longstanding local patronage whilst bringing new life to this grande old building and truly Tasmanian institution.
